Common questions
Do I need to create an account?
Yes — a free account is how your Garage stays saved, syncs across devices and sends you WhatsApp reminders. Sign-up takes 30 seconds. You can start adding your vehicle on the form first and you'll be prompted to sign in before your dashboard is saved.
How do you get my fitness and registration info?
You enter the dates shown on your current documents. Concierge can help confirm requirements and coordinate administrative follow-ups, but AutoTrust does not claim direct access to government records.
What happens when my fitness is due?
Free members get a WhatsApp reminder at 90 days. Concierge members can ask us to help book the inspection, confirm the required documents and follow up on administrative steps. The vehicle still has to attend the physical inspection.
Can I check for outstanding traffic tickets?
Yes — free, in your Garage dashboard. We link you directly to trafficticketlookup.gov.jm. You enter your details on the official government site and record the result in AutoTrust. Your licence number is never shared with us.
Is my data safe?
We collect the minimum needed to provide the service and never sell your data. Your Garage records sync securely through Supabase and are only accessible to your account.
